Frequently Asked Questions​

Fares do not include Gratuity. If you wish to tip your driver, it would be greatly appreciate. You may do so at the end of your trip with cash or have the driver add your desired dollar amount or percentage to your reservation.

Child and baby seats are available on request.We offer 1 Infant/child seat and 1 Booster seat for free. An additional car seat will cost of $10.00 for each. You will be given the option to add this service during your booking process.

$30.00 cleaning fee will be added for any size pet.

We do not charge any tax on our fares.

Right in front of your terminal. Your driver will be reaching out to you sometime prior to your pick up time via text or calls. He will be waiting for you outside the airport awaiting your call. Please contact him once you are outside by the curb in front of your terminal and ready for pick up. He will then drive up to you within minutes to pick you up.

Yes, please submit your new flight schedule as soon as possible. If your pick-up time is within 24 hours, please call the local emergency phone number provided in your confirmation email.

Prepaid reservations cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to pick-up are not refundable.

The safety of our passengers is our highest priority. In order to maintain a safe and comfortable driving environment, our drivers have the right to deny or de-board any person who, in the driver’s judgment, is unruly, disruptive or poses a threat to the safety of the vehicle or anyone on board.

We offer multiple payment options. Cash, Venmo, Zelle, and Credit card.

No Shows are not eligible for refunds. A No Show means you have not called/emailed to cancel or change your pick up time and our driver has arrived to pick you up and no one is there.
